MAR Management is the cornerstone of MAR Companies, specializing in property management for Mobile Home and RV Park communities. Our services ensure efficient operations, high occupancy rates, and a strong sense of community, all while maintaining the highest property management standards.

MAR Maintenance is crucial to resident satisfaction and long-term success. Our team handles everything from routine upkeep to emergency repairs, ensuring safe, clean, and attractive environments for our residents.

HOW WE GOT HERE

Founded in 2009, our president, Mark Roady, initially purchased a manufactured housing community as an investment property. After experiencing challenges with various property management companies, Mark decided to manage it himself, leading to the creation of MAR (hint hint, Mark’s initials!). His passion for the industry has driven continuous growth over the years. Today, we remain dedicated to expanding our company and positively impacting as many people as possible.
